Stone Creek Health and Wellness was founded from personal experience and a deep desire to help others feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their health journey. My greatest motivation came from my own struggle with hormone imbalance.
During perimenopause, I experienced relentless symptoms—heavy periods, hot flashes, weight gain, brain fog, and constant fatigue. I felt miserable. What made it even more frustrating was feeling dismissed. I visited multiple healthcare providers, only to be told, “Welcome to getting older.” No one mentioned hormone testing. No one discussed perimenopause or explained that treatment options even existed.
It wasn’t until I reached menopause that a provider finally introduced hormone therapy. While starting treatment brought some relief, I knew there had to be more that could help me feel like myself again. Yet once again, I was told, “This is just part of menopause. This is life now.” I refused to accept that answer. There had to be better options—and there were.
Determined to find real solutions, I immersed myself in research and advanced training, discovering therapies that truly changed my life. That journey shaped the mission behind Stone Creek Health and Wellness: no one should ever feel unheard, dismissed, or left without answers when it comes to their health.
